Alison, Nicola, Claire and Rachel have many wonderful memories of their very special time in Bill's life. He taught us many things over the past 20 years and the last lesson being to enjoy every day to the full. He was amazingly dignified and strong over the very difficult 16 months since his diagnosis with brain cancer and we miss him enormously. We would like to thank everyone who attended Bill's funeral and despite it being a very difficult time for us we are particularly grateful to Simon and Mick for their very genuine tributes to Bill. He truly was one of life's good men and such a 'big man'. We have every intention of continuing to raise money to donate to Greenwich and Bexley Community Hospice as without the amazing support from them we would not have been able to carry out Bill's wishes and care for him at home.
